Most single-home new builds take between 9 and 14 months from breaking ground to handover, depending on size, design complexity and weather. We'll give you a realistic programme once your design and specification are confirmed.
Do you help with planning permission?
Yes. While we're not planning consultants ourselves, we work alongside architects and planning agents and can point you toward trusted local partners to get your application through the process.
Can you build to an architect's existing plans?
Absolutely. Many of our clients arrive with drawings already in hand. We'll review them, price the build accurately, and get started on site as soon as you're ready.
Do you work outside Dublin, Galway and Cork?
